Body may be that of jackpot winner's missing granddaughter<br />December 20, 2004 3:46 PM<br />SCOTT DEPOT, W.Va.<br />State Police believe a body found late this morning in Putnam County may be that of the missing teenage granddaughter of record Powerball winner Jack Whittaker. <br /><br />Seventeen-year-old Brandi Bragg was last seen December Fourth at the home of a male friend on Scary Creek Road, police had said. Whittaker reported her missing five days later. <br /><br />Troopers converged to a property on that road in the Scott Depot area around 10-30 am. The body they found was to be taken to the state medical examiner's office for positive identification, officials say <br /><br />No other details were immediately available.

Your honor, members of the jury: My client was suffering from intense humiliation, being offended by the young ladies potetnial wealth, having come from a humble backround. Just a little of this wealth could have spared her life. Mr. Whittiker is the guilty party here, although he didn't directly end her life.
