Been looking all over for a replacement without luck, not ebay, amazon, boat sites, monterey cant seem to find a replacement. If anyone has an idea were I could find it I would greatlly appretiat the help.

I ran into the same issues with my dash panels. Ended up sealing the cracks with Epoxy and then wrapped the entire thing in a 3M vinyl wood grain wrap. The wrap hardened and really restored the rigidity of the panel.
Here is the restore thread - hopefully it helps.

If you panel is basically flat, take it to a trophy shop in your area and see what they can make for you. They do things like that all the time... The colors and finishes available will blow your mine. And they can even LASER the panel for the gauge names and such that will last for years to come.

If you go the vinyl wrap route, I'd strongly recommend against purchasing from Rvinyl.com. I initially ordered my wrap from them and after waiting 3 weeks, the wrap never arrived. I called and email them several times and they claimed it was shipped, yet the tracking number they provided me showed that the item was never picked up, never shipped and of course never delivered. They then refused to issue me a refund, questioned my integrity and were flat out rude and unprofessional. It still makes my blood boil to this day....
Good luck!

Augoose, can you tell me what kind of Epoxy you used? Something like locktite epoxy mix or the like>?

Thanks

That's exactly what I used- Loctite epoxy from Lowes. Just mixed it up and painted it over cracks and chips with a tongue depressor then sanded it down. If you've ever done body work, you want to pay particular attention to sanding as smooth as a finish as possible before wrapping the panel. The gloss appearance of the wrap will show any imperfections on the surface of the panels, so be sure its perfect before applying!

When you apply the wrap, consider using a hair dryer to heat the wrap first and then apply it to really form to the curves of the panels. At the corners you can take your scalpel or exacto knife and cut a couple of perpendicular slits into the vinyl and then wrap the slits over the edges so that you can avoid bunching of the vinyl. Youtube has several great videos.
Good luck, take lots of pictures before and after!
