More Blazer Jones.. Rim problems

Day 2... I got my compressor and put some air in that tire. It filled ok but the rim got scratched in the pavement and the tire cant seal properly. The leak is not too bad. Im sure the tire would last about 2 days but of course, I dont want to try that. The rims I have seem for that blazer are the Chevy S10 Blazer 4x4 15" factory original OEM and the prices start around 120.00. I wonder if this is fixable...

take a file to the rim or glue the tire on. tire places do it all the time

I would go to a tire shop and get it checked it may be bent.
