need more hole shot my boat is 19.6ft eng 200hp merc my prop is a tempest 23 pitch has vent holes all open topend is good do i need to put plugs in the prop what are the holes for pvt takes a min to lay over when it does it it takes off im not sure if it bogs or what motor is in top shape had it all checked not sure what the problem is it should plane faster would a jack plate help if so what size im thinking about puting a fin on would that help

As for your prop,... Drop down 2" of pitch,+ Try it...
