I dont see a pic but if the throttle cable is fully extended at the idle position its set up for a Merc. Open the shifter box and reposition the cable so that it pushes to open rather than pulls to open the throttle.<br /><br />Good luck!

Are you sure the kit is supposed to be adaptable for OMC?<br /><br />The only thing I could suggest it to call Morse. Since they don't exist anymore you have to get to them thru Teleflex. When they closed the plant at Morse they moved everything to Hynautic in Florida. The number there was 941-379-0500. I have no idea if it still works. <br /><br />Let us know how you make out.
