I know I will take a thrashing for this, but is there anything that I can use to keep the moss from growing on my pontoon's carpet? <br />What is the best stuff to use to keep it off?

A compound with copper in it will kill anything green. Diluted tree/shrub killers with a copper based herbicide will treat your carpet. I believe many algaecides are copper based as well. Do not get it in the water. It might even be illegal to use the stuff in or near the water in your area, so be careful.
