I have a Mossberg 500 shotgun. Is it possible to have the trigger pull lightened on it, and if so, how much would it cost to have done? Overall I'm very happy with the gun, but the trigger is quite heavy.

Re: Mossberg Trigger Pull

Thats kinda the nature of Mossberg firearms, about 30 years ago I bought a 22 mag loved the gun except for trigger pull took it to a gunsmith who fix it and charged me $25 for the job and it works great the only bad thing was the gun only cost 75 brand new. I still love the rifle--Bob

Thanks Laddies. It looks like I'll be paying a visit to a gunsmith after the upcoming firearm deer season.

An auto or pump NEEDS a pretty hard trigger. If its too easy, itl go off by itself or fail to **** itself.Be careful.
