I have a 2007 Suzuki DF90. At 22 mph or 3300 rpms the motor has a chatter like spark knock almost. Over the winter I installed a new stainless steel prop. I thought I might have got one that was out of balanced, so I put the alum. back on. Still chattering. Then at the same throttle speed it just cuts out like its starving for fuel. At idle its quiet and smooth as a cat. The motor only has 60 hrs. on it. I'm changing the fuel/water seperator filter, drawing the remaining fuel from the tank, and replacing the fuel primer bulb. I will re-fuel slightly with high octane gas and add a bottle of Suzuki fuel injector cleaner. Am I on the right track or is there something I'm missing?
