Motor guide fw-fb 54 not working

First time posting but need help my motor guide quit working the other day and I can not figure out why all my fuses are good I have power to my foot controller I hit the button nothing but every now and then it will work briefly when I move the foot control around then it’ll stop working again

Have you checked the wiring in the head unit...also check the bushing in the lower unit, pretty easy to do
