Hi guys, just joined in, Got my self a Yamaha 30hp 2 stroke 3 cyl precision blend vacc-oil injection.<br />Could somebody tell me what year it is....<br />Yamaha 30 DEO - 6J8L-458755<br />It was running fine until the power dropped, i looked at the electricals, plugs, fuel and earth wires and there o.k Also the oil/temp light has come on but dimly. The plugs are getting oil, the resvior is emptying fine. Has oil down bottom gears<br />The water is flowing cold and fine. I can put my hand on the motor for a long time and it does not burn my hand. Could it be the Impeller?<br />I dissconected the white wire from the power pack and restarted the engine, connected white wire back whilst running motor. It ran a little beter but not much...Could it be possible the power pack is on its way? Its got me thinking. <br />Waiting for the year of the motor to buy owners manual...<br />I would appreciate your help if possible, thanks guys, hookem
