Motor identification help needed?

I am looking for some help indentifying this motor. Does anyone know the make, model, HP, and year of this motor. There is a number stamped on the lower part of the engine 463-41301. Thanks

It is an early Scott-Atwater, 1937-ish. 3.5 or 3.6 horsepower.
