Motor Just Quits

Hello Everybody. This is my first time on this forum. any info i can get will be so helpful i'm sure. I have an 89 30 hp johnson seahorse. this motor runs like a bat out of, well you understand. But after about 15-20 minutes it will just shut down while running down the lake. Good motor just got a little problem. Help Me Please?

Could be overheating.

More likely you are running out of fuel. Check the fuel supply and the venting of your tank. Try pumping the primer bulb when it starts to die to see if you can keep it running.

did you check spark when it quit? did it restart after shutting down. if so how long did it take?
