Motor leaking oil

Hey all, I have a late 60's johnson 40hp sea king motor that seems to have oil leaking out of the bottom spark plug with plug in Ive tryed numerous plugs now and still the oil when sitting leaks out after running and cooling just wondering if it maybe im running to rich as it seems my low speed carb isnt doing anything no matter what i do however the issue dosnt happen with the top spark plug socket and it uses the smae plug any suggestions?

Is the seal ring (gasket) on the plug? If the plug is tight and the gasket is there you might check the threads in the head to see if they are damaged.
There should not be any leakage from around the plug.

Should not be leaking. Check for damaged threads. How much oil are you mixing?
