I have a 2003 Mercury 25hp 2stroke. It has about 15-20 hrs on it. Recently ran motor and it would not shift or accelerate past idle/slow. Motor makes a forced sound when wanting to increase speed amd sounds if it wants to shut off if I increase the speed. Also when flushing, motor smokes more than usual, and water coming out it of water hole is extremly hot, finally motor sounds erratic sputtering not smooth like before. <br /><br />If it is the impeller or water pump are repairs expensive?
