Saying this without taking the time to look up what year your motor is, most any Yamaha dealer can order you one if they don't have it already in stock.
You can also get them straight off of the Yamaha website. This is if you want the Yamaha manual and not one from one of the other companies that publish them. The dealer can probably get you one of those also if that is what you want.
I got mine (Yamaha manual) from a dealer although it took a few weeks. Dealer said it was on backorder for a while, probably because mine was one of the most requested....for a Yamaha 150 VMAX.
