Motor mount 3.7 merc

Hello i'm pretty new to the I/O world, could someone tell me what to make of this? I attached a pic of the front motor mount. If you think it should be replaced, where do i find one, and how bad would it be to change? I've read some forums about alignment, but im not sure how involved this is gonna be.

Can't see nada in that pic, whats wrong with it?

You want a new /used one go on ebay saw a bunch there today.

No way is someone going to be able to look at that picture and tell you if it needs replaced or not. It looks like it's tilted to one side a bit, but that could be because of a number of things.
Have you checked the engine alignment with an alignment bar? Was it off, if so, which way? What year is this 3.7. What is the model number?

Maybe its just me, but the hose clamp on that upper hose looks waaaaay overtightened...
