I have a 1989 16' Maxum boat it has a 50 hp motor but I would like to have a few more horses does any one know the what the biggest motor i could or should put on this size of boat. Thanks.
Well a welcome to you sir - I am assuming that you are a sir??<br /><br />You probably could fit a 300 hp on the back but that may be a bit too much. Check for the max rated hp for the boat & go for it.
