Motor will not start - 1997-yamaha 90hp-keep blowing fuses

whenever I go to start the motor, it blows the fuse on the motor. Nothing happens, motor will not turn over, no sound, nothing but a blown fuse. I've check plugs, battery, fuel, other fuses, starter, and everything seems to be in good condition. Need help?
