rebuilt carbs on 78 115 hp johnson motor model 115ETL78C wasnt getting enough fuel for wot rebult carbs mtor runs great at low and high speed but noe i have to prime with mix gas threw the carb to get started will run fine untilit sits for a long time ididnt replace the fuel pump yet but did replace primer bulp but i cant here gas in carb when i pump up the bulp any insight what i should check for or maybe missed thanks

Have you got the choke linkage adusted properly and are the choke plates closing tightly when you hit the choke switch??

Have you checked for air leaking in fuel lines or carb base gaskets?

Also check for float needle sticking closed.

Sounds like choke is not closing when you hit the key/button...
