Motor year?

I have a 15 HP Mercury outboard for my skiff and I would like to buy a service manual for it. I would like to learn to do my own repairs. I found 2 different sets of numbers.<br />1. 0G155550<br />2. 881-9727-01<br />It is an electric start, 2 stroke. Thanks Roscoe! It is newer than I thought! I have a problem with it not gettting spark. From what I have read in here, it sounds like the power pack. Is there a test that I can run to confirm this? A test that will not cause damage to other parts of the engine or electrical?
