motorguide problem

I have a wireless bow mount (75) that all of a sudden will not rotate left or right. I wil probably be bringing it to a motorguide service shop, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem.

On my W45 I had that happen a couple of times. I had to remove all power for the processor to reset. If you have done that already, than it is time to call service.

I recently bought a boat/motor with a W55 that has the same problem. Resetting the power didn't help. I'll keep monitoring in case you find a cure. Meanwhile I'm still looking for an answer myself.
