I am replacing my motorwell boot and I am unsure of how measurements are plotted. My old boot is 5 1/2" in diameter at the flange of the boot. My boot hole in the motorwell is 4" When I read the replacement boot sizes they do not specify if outside diameter or hole diameter. Can anyone here clarify for me? Thanks.
