I'm getting ready to mount a 79 crossflow on a 1990 boat that has a 1990 force 50hp. I know it has a different bolt pattern from the cross. I was thinking about making a manual jackplate to adapt both sets of holes just incase the crossflow motor doesn't work out and I want to change again later. Just trying to avoid a swiss cheese transom that's all
