Hi Fellas!!! Got a question for ya!!!! How do you mount a depth finder on a inflateable boat with a inflatable floor? The sensor thingy that senses the depth...(don`t know what the proper name is) Hahaha!!! Well...there really is no where solid to really mount it. Sure on the transom...BUT, Isn't the turbulance from the motor running, and splashing next to it going to screw-up the accuracy and readings from it??? Really need this device, as The lakes around here are VERY shallow in places, and don`t want to wreck my $2500.00 motor. Thanks Joe.

What would be the minimum speed for that depth finder to work, if at trolling speed works fine could place at back transom, if the sensor protudes down from lower transom take care when outing the boat from lake.

Happy Boating
