PDFs are kind of made not to be messed with once something's in that format. I have Photoshop and I know it will open a PDF as an image. I could crop it out and save it as a jpg for you. PM me if you like. I can take care of it after work. Gimp for Windows (similar to Photoshop but free) might be able to do this if you want to take the DIY approach.
