Moving seat on old Dura Craft

I have a 14' Dura Craft aluminum that I like as it is, except the front seat is too far forward. I want to move a seat (can't move this one, it will be too short) back to about where the rear of the present seat is located. Any ideas how to make a seat and locate it where I want it to be?
