Muffs vs Engine block connection flushing:

I am uncertain as to which is better...using the muffs to flush my outboard (used mostly in salt water) or to use the hose connection on the engine block?

muffs flush the whole engine the hose fitting just the block in most cases..but you can flush the salt water out of the block when the engine is in the water with the hose fitting lots of luck..bob
