Tonight i hopped on my boat for a cruise.. I had been out earlier with no issues, and i turn on my fresh water supply so i can wash my hands.. No power... My horn , nav lights and anc lights also dont work now... According to the wiring diagram theyre all on diff fuses on the main fuse panel... Every thing else works and it was all fine before... Any ideas??

either bad negative, tripped main breaker near battery, bad main positive connection at fuse panel.

You should have a negative buss somewhere near the front where all the negative cables meet before going to the battery on a large cable. find and clean the large cable connection and the battery negative connection.
check for a breaker near the battery positive, it should be with in 6" of the battery.
best idea is to buy a cheap volt meter as theres instructions on the electrical forum as the top called stickys that will show you step by step how to locate a problem like this.
