my 1970 Chrysler 70 wont start

i put a new timing belt on and new spark plugs and wont start dont know how to time it any suggestions????

When you replaced the timing belt did you align the timing marks on the distributor drive gear face w/ the flywheel? Do you have spark, clean/gapped points set at .014 & good compression? Getting fuel consistently? Lots of unknowns here to be addressed. Please post the serial and model #'s. Makes things a little easier for someone wanting to help you out. Welcome and good luck...

i just put new spark plugs and they are flat dont have a place to gap... the serial # is 7796 and model #707HA

and im pretty sure i aligned tohe marks if they were the correct marks
