So I took the old girl out sunday for my first test run. Not too bad. Did end up with a bad check valve on the squeeze bulb causing fuel issues, but repaired that. She deffinetely wasnt hitting on all 6 cylinders tho. I have done the obvious already with new plugs and inspected all the wires to the coils, plugs and power packs, but she still is missing on cylinders 2 and 5. I swapped coils around but the fault stayed on the same 2 cylinders so i am starting to lean toward the power packs. Only thing is I find it alil fishy that one cylinder on each power pack circuitry is causing an issue ( left side top cyl, right side bottom cyl). So I am prepairing now to do a ohms check at the disconnect plugs from the power packs and continue from there. My question is, can there be an issue with the sensor coil or something prior to the power packs I should be aware of that could cause the power packs to get inconsistent firing voltage? Looking for experience as well as following the manual. I do not have a NEON tester so i am limitted as to how deep I can go. 200 dollars in power packs is doable (painful) but doable but don't want to replace them to find out the problem comes from before the power packs. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
