my chrysler 45hp wont pump water

I recently bought a boat and it came with a 45 hp chrysler ive got it running and cant find why it wont pump water the impellor is fine ive removed the thermostat that was seized shut and have blown air through the lines and unblocked the squirter out the side is there anything else it could be?

How old is the impeller?
You running on the hose or a bucket?Needs DEEP bucket!!!!
Some muffs won't work on the smaller motors.
They take a special muff.
Is the copper tube going up to the head loose?
Profile,location?

impeller could be good but is the casing badly scored ? ..and yes 6 -9 in of water over the anti vent plate when in a barrel

yea have found the housing to be scored is there anywhere i can get a new waterpump kit have also found i need a new crank seal and the wee metal cup at the top of the driveshaft which also has a rubber boot type thing on it aswell anyone know where i could find these its not an easy mission?
