Very sorry for your loss.

Selling personal items is not allowed on this site but I'm sure if you can give us a little more info about the history and condition of the boat we can help you to make a fair sale. A 1978 boat is all about condition. It could be worth anywhere from $0-$10,000.

Where is the boat now?
Age and Condition of motors?
Floor, transom, interior condition?

Posting some pictures will generate interest in this thread and likely help us to tell you more about the boat than you ever wanted to know.

Since you don't much about it, I'd take it to a dealer who will sell it for you on consignment.

sorry for your loss. i do however totally agree with ez. let a dealer work their magic for you. i think it would be easier on/for you depending on your situation/knowledge.
