Ok, now that we had a warmer day (40s!) I decided to get some work done on my boat, that I bought last winter. I just bought a house so I'd have a place to work on the thing, and I'm itching to see what I've gotten into.

My pics are at:

Summary of Day 1:
<P>
Got the portside stuff out, plus carpet, plus an add-on fridge. Found out the sole over where the fuel tank was replaced is loose! Pulled it up to discover a foamed in place tank. Edit: The foam is all crunchy and dry so far. So far so good, I guess. It's still got to come out.
<P>
The only rotten wood I found was under the forward settee seat.. one rotten board. At least this thing seems to drain ok, except for when the drains are frozen (see pics)
<P>
Opinions wanted on the condition of the fuel tank and next steps to take
<P>
I'm emotionally prepared to have to gut the hull and replace stringers (hopefully not the transom.. that's supposed to be solid glass) but Ive got my fingers crossed..
<P>
Thanks,
Erik
