i just got finish taken off my 150 HP johnson of my boat which pushed the boat 45 with a bent up aluminum prop.and put on the 300 HP V8 johny.i used 3/8 fuel lines(i hope it was the right size)i put a jack plate on and got this beast mounted.i changed the impeller and all other rubber just to be safe because its been siting for all them years.so i put the muffs on and turned the key.it started first key turn and it sounded AMAZING. now i need a prop it came with no prop so i have no idea what prop size i should start testing at.im thinking maybe diameter 12. pitch 22. stainless steal cupped???the boat that its on is a 2007 202 sea hunt max rated for a 200 HP.boat weight 1900 pounds dry weight.i cant wait to test out a prop.but first im just going to through any prop on there to break it in.and i will have my dealer look over it to make sure i have everything hooked up right .
