Name this part

Hi guys, our first project. At this point looking for a name of this part (marked with blue lines) or at least the name of the "Pi" shaped frame bracket so we can at least explain to people what we are looking for. Need to replace it - haha, obviously as it's in 2 pieces... and replacing leaf springs - they are hook end that attach to this part in question. Trailer is Highliner - early 80s.Thanks!

Myself, I think you're looking for a good welder. He'll know where to get the necessary metal stock to fabricate something like that from scratch.
