2nd to last restart Scott spun his tires, Keselowski went by. Last restart, Scot was sleeping and dropped to 3rd and Keselowski checked out....

Yeah, he jumped. One of those judgement calls I guess. Not sure if NASCAR can go to the tape or if they have to decide while it's live... Not sure what Scott was complaining about when Brad beat him to the line on the prior restart. Scott spun his tires. Then, all bets are off.
