Just getting ready to purchase a few more items...... that being said anyone want to chime in on nav/anchor light brands they would purchase again or really like ? I am pretty sure I will be going with LED but I am unsure about the brand.
also going to install a wash down pump for washing the vinyl flooring and filling my livewell. thoughts on those would be great also.

thanks

LED nav lights are great. IMO, I wouldn't replace just the bulbs with LED's. Many don't think it matters, but there is no LED 'bulb' alone that is certified by USCG for marine use. Bulbs and fixtures/lenses are certified as a unit, and given the different light-emitting properties of LED's vs incadescents, I don't like the idea of a LED projected through a lens that wasn't designed for it. Again, my opinion.

I'll advise you to stay away from 'Innovative Lighting'. They work great, but the assemblies are fragile. I installed their bow lights and an 'extendable' anchor light on Escapade, and I've had damage to both. I don't abuse them, but I've broken the lens for the anchor light twice just extending the pole, and the cover of the starboard nav light just popped off (and into the water) when I was washing the boat. The replacement parts aren't cheap.

No real opinion on the pump. I think pretty much every manufacturer uses 'Shurflo' and I haven't had problems with them in my cruisers' plumbing systems.

Or pumps, either. Surprised me, too. I guess this thread just didn't have any sex appeal. Next time throw in a question or 'expert opinion' on ethanol :D

If I ever need to replace my NAV lights I would probably lean toward Attwood, that is unless someone else came out with one I liked better. Boats a 1994 and the lights are in good shape so no need to replace

I have a led removal pole stern light on my runabout (attwood) and like it because of the narrow beam width

I like the Jabsco wash down pumps, hold up well

+1 on the Jabco pumps, better quality than Sureflow in my opinion. I too am thinking about a led for the anchor light, Probably just a bulb as the light is only 2 years old, I will keep that in mind about Inovative Lighting being fragile, I have Attwood nav lights, 10 years old and going strong, I would buy them again.

Lights are often very specifically chosen for their features as well as appearance. Knowing something about your boat would help to get a discussion going. On my 21', I needed to replace the combination bow light to add an anchor roller, so I chose side lights. I have a tower on my boat, so I chose an all round light and mounted it on a raised base on top. I like simple quality functional designs as opposed to the more ostentatious designs available. Mine are stainless steel and mounted out of harm's way. My only suggestion without knowing more about your boat would be to choose an LED type. Simple, functional and reliable. - Grandad
LITE SS PRT/STB ROUND - Marpac 24227-D - iboats
Seachoice Masthead Light 05981 - iboats

The ship that I will be outfitting with lights and pump is a 30' Harris pontoon boat, front lights are going to be separate just above each log and the anchor light will be on top of the Bimini
