I'd try searching for a video on how to do it. There's probably some pretty good video's out there which, to me, is better than a few pictures and a lot of explanations to read. It's always good to have a manual for your motor, but when I need a quick answer, I look for videos out there.

Videos, I would hope that the one Posting actually knows what he/she is doing. Some don't, but hey, it is Youtube.
