Need a 115hp prestolite starter drive

I have a 1976 115 evinrude with a prestolite starter. I need a drive and I have found out the part has been discontinued. Do any other drives work? Or do I have to replace the whole starter with a bosch? Its a 10 tooth drive with a course spiral. I've been told they are hard to find. Actually, that one's for the American Bosch drive. The Prestolite starter uses a different part, I'm afraid.

The part number for the Prestolite starter bendix drive is 0386102. iboats.com has it available for $108.21. Pretty pricey, but when you need it....

Thanks for the info! I ended up with the bosch since it was about the same price as the prestolite parts. Seems to work well.
