need a hub for prop??????

i have a 1965, 3.9hp merc.....hub spun in the prop..cant find a hub anywhere, there has to be a way to fix this prop, the engine is great and looks brand new.can anyone help are tell me possibe way to micky mouse the shaft insert into the rubber hub so it dont spin..thanks rather get a new hub are prop..
