motor turns over fine for about 10 to 15 seconds then slows down to a stop have replaced cables and made sure battery has a good charge when it gets slow cables are warm to the touch. i was told its a 1977 evinrude 85hp v4 but not sure of the year model # is 85593e and serial # is j0002085 this motor has been setting about 2 years and has 110 to 120 psi and spark is good i think it would run if i can get it to turn over long enough to get that first start
