OK here is the deal, Ive almost completely rebuilt my johnson 9.5 but I desperately need a starter. I snapped the whole recoil spring and inner shaft in two. I bid on ebay for one but lost and now that same exact one is up again for bid by the same seller. I emailed him and asked if that was the same part. He responded that it indeed was but that the guy that outbid me said he did not like the shipping terms. I went back and looked at his feedback and saw where the buyer left good feedback and he did the same. This all sounds a little fishy so I just NEED one little favor and that is some help tracking this part down. I think this may be the hardest part to find for that motor. Thanks -woody74
