Need advise on used toon

I am looking to purchase a used toon , what are the critical things that need to be checked when looking over the boats? I have purchased several boats over the years but never a toon. What are some of the gotchas that may haunt me after the sale?

be sure to check the tubes for leaks shake the boat on trailer after test drive and listen for water sloshing around also check welds where transom hooks to boat for cracks other than that its pretty basic engine and the top side should be all visible

Ensure the motor is a long shaft. Check the floor thoroughly for rot (soft spots) .Check the toons for dents and leaks, and and check the seats for rips and tears. It's all fixable. It's just going to affect the value. Finally, is a trailer included? Used toon trailers are hard to find at a low price.

In addition to the ideas above, you should research floor plans to make sure you select one that you and your family like.

I suggest that you select a boat that has a changing room and has doors on both the port and starboard sides.
