I'm not familiar with Commando outboards, and I can't find much info on the web, other than the fact that they are mentioned as covered in one of the aftermarket repair manuals.<br /><br />Bottom line is probably this: It's going to be tough to find a new carburetor designed for the motor.<br /><br />Do you know the horsepower of the thing? If so, and it's a small hp unit, think about adapting the carb from another small engine. It's been done many times on smaller outboards, using carbs from lawnmowers, motorcycles, etc.<br /><br />The other option is to contact outboard junkyards, like tcoutboard.com, and see if they have what you need. I wouldn't get my hopes up too high, though.
