Need Champion impeller

Have 1957 Champion 16.5 hp. mod. 6ND. Anyone know where to get impeller. This is realy a neet motor. You can tilt it up and swing the lower unit into the boat to change the shear pin.

Well, that was the last year of production for Champion outboards. I couldn't find a ready source for an impeller for yours.

I'm pretty sure your best bet is going to be over at aomci.org. Advertise in their free classifieds for one.

Failing all else, it may be possible to modify an impeller for a different outboard to work. Bushings, etc. It'll be a long pull, though, if nobody over at aomci.org knows of a source.

The CAT is right, try your question at www.aomci.org. I always get an answer/source from their public Ask A Member board, their free ads are good too.
