Need Control System / Shift Cable Parts Diagram

I have a 1999 Larson with a VP 5.0GL. I am trying to find a part that holds the shift cable to the control system action. The part I am looking for is a black plastic retainer bracket. There are two of them that are used to hold the shift and throttle cables to the control lever action. Without this retainer the shift cable cannot be controlled by the side mounted control arm. Can some one show me a picture of the control arm mounted on the side of the boat. I've already seen the lower unit schematic when the shift cable connects. I need to see how it connects on the other side and hopefully be able to find the part. Searched and searched with no joy. Thanks.

Hi Don, thanks for your reply. I clicked on your link and while that is the functional area that I am looking for, I did not see the retainer that I am looking for. The black clip that I need has shaped like this:

Side / Front / \ Large hole on top where trunnion fits
\____ \___/
| \_/
| |_| Small hole on bottom where screws into the action.

Can I get lucky enough that you can understand the piece that I am looking for? Or are they universal?

"gotigers" Did this part work for you? I kinda need the same thing. I need the black plastic bracket, but I need the nylon bushing that goes around the cable, then the black mount crimps those on. I guess what I'm asking is did this part come with those too? The link that Don S. sent does not have a pic so I'm not sure.

I replaced my cable and the black bushings didnt come with new cable,
