Need engine in Boise

While boating, cream was coming out of top of engine, checked dipstick and cream was found there too. I must assume winterizing was not done properly. Any idea how much $$ it will cost to replace/repair my 4.3L Cobra engine? Anyone know a good mechanic in the Boise area?

engines are about 5k a pop.....installed
your 4.3 cannot be rebuilt as the block is most likely cracked.

check craigslist. for used....if you want new rebuilt......it is possible that you find a builder that can do a 4.3 for 3200 ish......
and if you do the swap yourself.....you can save money. the mechanics of pulling a boat motor are very simple and done fast.
