i have a 1990 bayliner capri with 2.3 omc, and i was wondering if it is possible to run it with trim motor not operational... i have disconnected lines from trim motor to release pressure so i can raise motor up and down manually, but how do i keep it down once in water????

Can you have your buddy sit on it whilst you're driving the boat? Make sure to video it when he gets tossed and the engine flips up and takes out the gimble bearing and ujoint. I want to hear that sound, so make sure the audio can pick up the grinding. I can see this video making into the stupid human tricks forum!!!

Um yea, you cant. I wouldn't try it unless your willing to replace your outdrive !
