need help 2004 Yamaha 40TLRC running super Rich

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me out. I have Yamaha 04 40TLRC that just had the carbs reworked at a shop. Now it's running supper Rich(smoking really bad can even see oil in the water). It won't start sometimes, I can switch the red emergency oil switch behind the air cleaner and it will start no problem. Do you have any idea what I can do? This is a Volunteer Fire Department Boat and I'm trying to help them out.

I would check the Oil Injection Control Link Rod and make sure it's adjusted correctly.

Next step would be the oil pump.
