need help accessing orings for tilt

can some one help with how to open tilt to replace orings, look like it might require a special tool?

there is a special tool to remove the cap of the hyd. ram. dealer may have it i used a punch and hammer. it left a little mark on the cap but i wasn't too worried about it. just alternate which holes you hit in to loosen so you don't cut the cap into.
